Our Sports Training provides training programs for individuals, athletes as well as entire teams. All training is tailored to fit the individual needs and goals of the athletes.Building relationships is very important to us and we are in it for the long haul. It is our goal to help our athletes reach the top level in their sport. Our goal is to inspire, equip, and give an edge to all those we train. Our programs don’t just enhance performance, they also build confidence and improve self-worth and motivation.

CB HOOPS challenges campers to maximize their athletic potential while encouraging them to go above and beyond their “comfort” level and open their minds to learning new techniques and exercising new drills. As players mature, we want them to become “students of the game” while developing their character and self-confidence.

The Camp emphasizes individual skills, basic fundamentals and techniques, team play, and overall fitness and well-being in a positive teaching and learning environment. Our approach to coaching and instruction focuses primarily on teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, self-confidence and improvement. Effort over results is the philosophy that CB HOOPS was built upon!
